Aqua Drop liquid watercolor paint set by Schmincke.

These are liquid, highly pigmented, highly lightfast, water soluble, ready to use watercolors. These watercolors are ideal for watercolor painting, urban sketching, calligraphy, handlettering and airbrushing. As many as 15 of the 24 colors have the highest possible lightfastness (5 out of 5 stars). The paints are housed in practical 30ml plastic bottles with a pipette and shaker ball.

All Aqua Drop colors are fully compatible with all watercolors, such as HORADAM® and AKADEMIE® watercolors. Opaque White medium is additionally available for AQUA DROP, as an opaque white or to be mixed with Aqua Drop paints to lighten them. Suitable for use with brush or pen.

Aqua Drop is a watercolor and therefore suitable for all watercolor papers and pre-primed canvases. We recommend using smooth, heat pressed papers for even paint application. The more absorbent the paper, the more firmly the pigments will be anchored into the ground.
