It's a combination of a calendar, journal, diary, post-it note, notebook and organizer in one. The notebook has numbered pages, which facilitates efficient navigation within it. You decide how to fill it in - however, the markers are characteristic of the bullet journal method. Each symbol represents a different type of activity, for example circles are tasks, squares are events, and dashes are loose notes. Of course, you can add something over time. There are no restrictions in this method.
