Alfredo Häberli is a designer of Argentinian origin who lives in Zurich. In his work he combines tradition with innovation. Alfredo Häberli was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1964. He moved to Switzerland in 1977. In 1991 he graduated with honors in industrial design from the Höhere Schule für Gestaltung in Zurich. Today he is an internationally renowned designer, working for leading companies in the international design industry.

In his designs he manages to combine tradition with innovation, joy and energy, and his work has been heavily influenced by his early childhood spent in Argentina, as well as his curiosity and exploration of everyday life. The results are works of strong expression and emotionality.
