DELIVERY

If your shopping cart has just included products with a total value of at least PLN 100, we will send your order free of charge to the selected pick-up point (InPost Parcel Machine, Orlen Parcel and DPD Pickup).

For purchases of at least 300 PLN, we also guarantee free delivery via DPD courier or InPost courier.

InPost Parcel Lockers

Cost: advance payment: 15,90 zł, cod: 17,90 zł
Delivery time: 1-2 working days

InPost Parcel Lockers are accessible 24/7. You decide when and where you will collect your items.

Courier InPost

Cost: advance payment: 17,90 zł, cod: 19,90 zł
Delivery time: 1-2 working days

InPost courier will deliver your order as soon as possible. Delivery directly to the address given in the order. If the courier does not find the recipient at the place of delivery, it will be possible to collect it in person or order another free delivery. The waybill number is sent in an e-mail informing about sending the package.

DPD Courier

Cost: advance payment: 17,90 zł, cod: 20,90 zł (Purchase everything that you want – we charge the same amount regardless of the number of items)
Delivery time: 1 working day

Delivery time of 1-2 working days . A package should be delivered to the recipient to the address specified in our delivery notes. Contact your DPD courier to confirm the collection time. In case you are not at home when the package is being delivered, you can collect it yourself or ask the courier to bring your package one more time - DPD will not charge you for that. You will get an e-mail with a waybill number and the confirmation that your package has been sent. You can track your order on www.dpd.com.pl.

DPD Pickup

Cost: advance payment: 14,90 zł
Delivery time: 1 working day

The “DPD Pickup” service allows you to pick up your parcel at any of more than 22,000 pickup points throughout the country. The delivery time of the package is 1 working day. A code is required for pickup, which is sent in an email or SMS. Such information will also be available on the mobile app. The deadline for picking up the parcel is 3 business days. After this time the package is returned to the Sender.

ORLEN Paczka

Cost: advance payment: 10,90 zł
Delivery time:: 1-2 dni roboczych

The "ORLEN Paczka" service enables you to collect a parcel at any of over 6000 collection points all over Poland. It is the customer who decides when and where to collect his parcel, choosing the most convenient point for him. Delivery time is 1-2 business days. In order to receive a parcel, you need a collection code, sent via SMS to the number provided during the ordering process. You can track the route of your package online. Deadline to pick up the package is 5 working days. After that time the parcel is returned to sender.
