Urban Sketching - spontaneous sketching on the go!
The Urban Sketching technique allows you to draw what the artist sees at any given time and place, or just sketch a theme to finish it at home in peace.
Tombow's Urban Sketching Set includes a variety of matching themed sketching products that can be brilliantly combined with each other, a step-by-step guide created by artist Carla Kamphuis, and a lovely high-quality metal case.
The set includes:
- MONO 100 pencil with a hardness of 1H (hard) for drawing outlines and creating sketches;
- MONO XS eraser: Its soft texture makes erasing extremely comfortable and effective;
- Fudenosuke brush marker with soft tip: The marker can be used to outline the contours made with the MONO 100 pencil. The flexible tip allows you to create lines of different widths, from very thin to wide. In this way, you can create a sketchy drawing style;
- 2x ABT Dual Brush Pen double-sided brush marker with one thin tip for fine lines and one wide brush tip for coloring larger areas, Colors can be mixed with a special brush equipped with a water container. Colors: Deepblue (565), Burntsienna (947);
- Water Brush (empty), which can be filled with water and then used to mix colors of ABT Dual Brush Pen water-based markers;
- 2 x IROJITEN crayon with wax-based cartridge. The crayons can be used to color drawings. By applying several layers, a shadow is created, which gives more depth to the paintings. Colors: Verdigris (DL5), Almondblossom (VP2);
- ABT PRO double-sided alcohol-based marker. ABT PRO marker can be used to create accents at the end of a drawing. Color: Carmine (845).
