The quantity of products listed is for reference only.
Satin medium thickens paints and increases their viscosity, allowing you to make visible brush marks. It does not affect the opacity of the paints.
The medium can be mixed with all Liquitex products. Start by adding up to 25% medium to your paint with a spatula. Mix slowly and thoroughly until it all comes together, then use the finished mixture.
Since this is an additive without an acrylic binder - do not add more than 25%. Adding more can change the properties of the paint, leaving it sticky and prone to shrinking. Do not use with any non-acrylic media.
