The Renesans watercolour canvas is an innovative surface that combines high-quality watercolor paper with traditional canvas stretched over a wooden frame. A 250 gsm watercolor paper layer is permanently fused to the canvas, resulting in a stable, non-warping surface ideal for water-based techniques.

The cold pressed surface absorbs water beautifully, allowing for fluid washes, smooth gradients, and effective layering—perfect for traditional watercolor effects. It also works well with mixed media, ink, gouache, and water-based markers. Unlike standard watercolor paper, it doesn’t buckle when wet and doesn’t require taping or stretching.
