They are thick, very soft, and better quality than carpenter’s pencils, the black they give is excellent and they are perfect to work on bit sketches,” – stated Vincent van Gogh to friend Anthon van Rappard in 1883.

The Goldfaber series convinces with its excellent performance and quality. The pencils have a hexagonal shape and break-resistant graphite with the typical Faber-Castell SV binder.
