Watercolor brushes from the 944 Synthetic Squirrel series by Roman Szmal.

The brushes are made of synthetic bristles imitating the valued parameters of squirrel hair. The bristles were mounted on a short wooden handle, varnished with transparent varnish and finished with a brass, silver cap. The handle of the brushes has an ergonomic shape that widens towards the cap, making it comfortable in the hand. Synthetic bristles offer excellent bounce, precision and high absorbency.

Due to the high amount of long hair, Synthetic Squirrel brushes are able to absorb a large amount of paint while maintaining the shape of a point. Thanks to this, they will be suitable for applying small details and thin lines. The bristles of the brushes transfer the pigment of the paints onto the paper phenomenally. The bristles do not deform and easily return to their original shape of a point. To obtain a different tip shape, moisten the brush and knead it gently with your fingers, forming the desired shape.
