This italic nib features a smooth, rounded tip with slightly flattened sides, offering two distinct writing surfaces: a broader downstroke (approx 1mm) and a fine horizontal stroke (as thin as 0.2mm).

The "cursive" in its name reflects the flowing, elegant script it produces, while the "BB" designation stands for "double broad," meaning the nib creates lines twice as wide as a standard broad nib.
