It can be used to create unique shapes by rolling and shaping strips of paper.
The strips can be pinned to a foam base with sewing pins during rolling.
Perfect to learn and develop skills in the quilling technique.
Instructions:
1. Place a strip of paper in the slot of the quilling needle.
2. Using the quilling board, form equal circles and spirals by twisting a strip of paper with a quilling needle.
3. Hold or pin the shape up, then pull the quilling needle out and glue the loose end of the paper.
