The pen has a blue UV light, which is invisible in full daylight, but it shines effectively in ultraviolet light! Before use, shake with the cap on to get the ink flowing and mix the color. Depress the tip in an upright position to release any internal pressure. The ink will flow from the chamber directly to the tip of the marker.

Pen-Touch ink is chemically stable, waterproof and applicable on many surfaces. Whether the mark is permanent or not depends on the surface and the conditions applied to the mark (washing, scrubbing, chemicals, heat, cold, etc.).
