The Masters’ Choice Artists’ Watercolor Paper is the result of a three-year collaboration between world-renowned watercolor artists and the family-owned Baohong paper mill. Initially released in Australia, it has gained a dedicated following, including famous artists such as Joseph Zbukvic, Alvaro Castagnet, Thomas W. Schaller, Ross Patterson, and David Taylor.

Made from 100% cotton and traditionally sized both internally and externally with natural gelatin, this paper offers a unique surface that responds exceptionally well to all professional watercolor techniques, including color lifting. The Masters’ Choice Watercolor Paper, with a weight of 300 g/m² (140 lb), is available in three textures: Hot Pressed (smooth), Cold Pressed (medium grain), and Rough (coarse grain).

Watercolor paper pads are glued on all four sides, eliminating the need for stretching and preventing the paper from buckling during painting. Whether painting with watercolors or drawing with ink, Masters’ Choice Artists’ Watercolor Paper provides an exceptional surface for creative expression.
