Acrylics Studio Crackling Effect Modelling Paste is a two-component paste for creating reliefs and impasto and for creating a crackling effect.

The paste is used in 2 steps. First, prepare the surface by applying a thin layer of liquid from tube number 1, which will increase the adhesion of paste number 2. This layer should be allowed to dry for about 15 minutes. The next step is to apply paste number 2 with a painter's knife. This paste will produce a crackle effect.

Number 2 paste can be applied alone or in combination with Studio Acrylics paints in a ratio of 75% paste, 25% paint. The thicker you apply the number 2 paste, the more cracks you will get. Drying time can be 1 to 3 hours, depending on the thickness of the layer.
