As a result of these changes, the initial cutting capacity of the ExcelBlack blades is 25% higher than standard (silver) OLFA blades and, when compared to blades from other manufacturers, the result is nearly double that. This makes LBB blades a great choice for professionals and anyone doing jobs that require a perfect, smooth cutting edge. Ideal for cutting soft materials such as cardboard, rubber, styrofoam, cork, leather, paper, etc. Blades fit the following knives: SL-1, BN-L, BN-AL, ML, L-1/green, L-2, XL-2, L-5, L5-AL, OL, NOL-1, NL-AL, PL-1, CL and CMP-2.
