Farbic Block Printing Inks are specially formulated to make printing on fabrics a fun and rewarding experience.

These highly tacky inks will help you make a beautiful print in vibrant colors on your favorite blouse, pants, pillow and much more. The print when dry is soft to the touch and resistant to washing when fixed at high temperatures. The inks are water-based, which means they are easy to use and clean with just soapy water.

To create your own unique print, first make your design using Lino's chisels and relief printing materials, then apply the ink to the carved linocut plate using a special roller. Place the plate in the desired location directing the ink toward the fabric and apply pressure to accurately transfer the ink to the fabric. Fix the ink with an iron (no steam setting) for 4 minutes, moving the iron slowly across the print. Printed fabrics can be washed at temperatures up to 40°C.

For best results, it is recommended to use 100% cotton fabrics, fabrics with artificial fiber content may give unsatisfactory results.
