Effect Liner paints in contouring are ideal for creating three-dimensional lines, dots and decorative beads on almost any slightly absorbent surface, including fabrics.

Thanks to its special formula, the paint applies easily, providing a smooth, striking finish. For optimal 3D effect, hold the tip just above the surface and smoothly squeeze out the paint. Drying time is 24 hours, and the product is designed for indoor use. When applying to fabrics, wash them beforehand without softener - once dry, the decoration becomes washable at 40°C. Effect Liner is available in 49 colors with different finishes, including pearl, iridescent, glitter and neon, allowing unlimited creativity.
